This site is run by Arrowpoint Digital, a trading name of MFH Holdings LLC, Bryan, Texas. This page explains what the site collects, why, and who else can see it. It is written to be read, not to cover anyone.
The short version
The only information this site asks for is what you type into the contact form. It is used to reply to you. It is not sold, rented, or added to a marketing list. The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers.
What the contact form collects
When you submit the form, you send:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your organization, if you enter one
- The type of project you selected
- Your message
That submission is delivered to michael@arrowptweb.com by a third-party form service, Web3Forms, which passes the message along by email. It is kept in that email inbox for as long as it is useful to the enquiry, and is used only to respond to you and to carry out any work that follows.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own, and there are no advertising or social-media tracking pixels on it. If that changes, this page will be updated before the change goes live.
Analytics
At the time of writing, this site runs no analytics. If analytics is added later, it will be a service that does not use cookies and does not track individuals across other websites, and this page will say so.
Other companies that can see something
Running a website means a few other companies necessarily handle a request when you load a page. On this site they are:
- Vercel — hosts the site. Like any web host, it records standard server request logs, which include the internet protocol (IP) address a request came from.
- Google Fonts — serves the two typefaces this site uses. Your browser fetches those files from Google, so Google can see your IP address when it does.
- Web3Forms — only involved if you submit the contact form, and only to deliver what you typed.
None of these are given information for marketing purposes.
Your choices
You can ask what has been kept about you, ask for it to be deleted, or ask for a correction, by emailing michael@arrowptweb.com. There is no account system and no database of visitors, so in practice this means the emails you have sent.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and organizations. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be made before the practice they describe begins, not after.
